Toronto newspaper headlines in response to the Federal mini-budget this morning:

• National Post:  “Tax Cuts Total $60B“
• The Globe & Mail: “Ottawa doles out $60-billion in tax relief“
• The Toronto Sun: “Flaherty’s mini-budget: No tricks… ALL TREATS!“
• The Toronto Star: “Flaherty the Slasher” (conspicuously tempered, for their online edition, to “Flaherty slashes taxes”)

It’s good to know that the Star is still working hard to provide balanced reporting to their readership.
